Are your gemstones high quality?
Yes. Kim loves to hand select our gems and has developed long-lasting relationships with dealers for over 30 years. She has stones specially cut for her designs in India that are chosen for their amazing quality and incredible energies. We do our best to purchase conflict free gems without added colors and treatments. See our gemstone page for more information.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for items that are in stock will ship within 5 business days. See our shipping and returns.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your AoC purchase, simply contact our studio within 7 days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to you minus the shipping cost and a 5% return/restock fee will be applied. Please return your item with original packaging. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Please note that all special/custom orders are considered not returnable.
Can I see your Jewelry in Person?
