Are your gemstones high quality?
Absolutely. Kim personally hand-selects our gemstones and has cultivated long-lasting relationships with trusted dealers over the past 30 years. Many of our stones are specially cut for our designs in India and chosen for their exceptional quality and powerful energies. We strive to source conflict-free gemstones and avoid stones with added colors or treatments. Visit our Gemstone Page for more details about our stones and their healing properties.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days. For detailed shipping information, visit our Shipping and Returns page.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
The purchase price will be credited back to you, minus the shipping cost and a 5% return/restock fee.
Items must be returned with their original packaging intact.
Custom-made or special orders are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Can I see your jewelry in person?
Yes! You can visit one of our retail partners listed on the Stocklist Page. If you’re in the Tucson area, feel free to contact us to arrange a studio visit and experience our pieces firsthand.

No. We prioritize sourcing gemstones that are natural and untreated to maintain their authentic energy and beauty. Any treatments applied to stones will be transparently disclosed.
Do you ship internationally?
