Today, I'm excited to share with you our next step in this journey: the Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just above your navel and is the center of personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. Represented by the vibrant color yellow and the element of fire, this chakra governs our ability to be assertive, make decisions, and build a strong sense of self-worth.
When balanced, the Solar Plexus Chakra empowers us to move forward in life with confidence and resilience. However, when it’s out of balance, we may struggle with feelings of low self-esteem, lack of control, or even aggressive tendencies. Finding equilibrium in this chakra is essential for personal growth and self-empowerment.

This chakra holds a special place in my heart because it’s one that I’ve struggled with and worked on throughout my life.
